Quick Answers​

  • What network does PolyBot use?
    • Polygon (PoS). Trading balance is USDC.e.
  • Do I need MATIC?
    • No. Gas is sponsored by PolyBot’s relayer.
  • What can I deposit?
    • USDC or USDC.e on Polygon. USDC auto‑converts to USDC.e in the background.
  • What are the fees?
  • How do I trade?
    • Paste a Polymarket URL, then use “✅ Buy YES/❌ Buy NO” or “📈 Limit YES/NO”.
  • How do I sell?
    • Open 📊 Portfolio → pick a position → Sell (25/50/75/100% or custom shares). For limit sells, choose “Limit Sell”.
  • Where are my referral rewards?
    • ⚙️ Settings → 🤝 Referral Program shows your link, stats, and claim button.

Troubleshooting​

Deposits

  • Make sure you sent on Polygon (PoS) to your address.
  • USDC→USDC.e auto‑swap: allow 1–3 minutes; then use Main Menu → 🔄 Refresh.

Orders

  • “Please try again in a few seconds”: first‑time contract approvals or Safe deployment may be finishing; retry shortly.
  • Market list didn’t change: use 🔄 Refresh; if data is still unchanged, try again later.
  • Canceled order still visible: hit 🔄 Refresh on the 📈 Limit Orders screen.

Withdrawals

  • If sponsor MATIC balance is low, you may be asked to try again later; gas is normally sponsored for you.
  • Verify the destination address and your available balance.

Referrals

  • New users must start the bot using your deep‑link before creating a wallet.
  • Rewards accrue on on‑chain fills; partial fills accrue proportionally.
  • Claim requires meeting the minimum threshold (default $5.00 USDC.e).

Security

  • Exported keys: shown only on demand and auto‑deleted after ~60s; store offline and never share.
  • Self‑custody: you control a Safe; PolyBot relays your approved transactions.
